Come up with an end-of-the-year award (serious or tongue-in-cheek) for someone you work with. If you don't work with someone, give the award to someone you know.
I would give a Best Friend award to my friend Cindy. She is sweet, we hold each other accountable, she is fun and full of energy and inspires me to be a better person every day. She is a true friend.
